I Guess I Don't Need It

I don't buy new clothes frequently. One or two things before Succos and Pesach - if that. Then I'll pick up more stuff at end-of-season sales.
A local store, Suede and co. just had their end-of-season sale. I got 10 items at 70% off. It was a VERY satisfying receipt to review.
Among the items, I got a few t-shirts. All cute, one in particular was a light green, dollam sleeves, exposes seams with bright contrasting stitches - like pink and orange.
I put it on for the first time yesterday. And then I continued getting ready for the day- moisturizer, then sunscreen. And then it happened, first time ever, a blob of sunscreen landed on my t-shirt.
I scraped it off right away, but I could see, it was thick and wasn't going away so fast. I took off the t-shirt, put on shout and washed it an hour later... it was still there when I transferred the load. This time I googled how to remove the stain and used dawn dishsoap. It's not hanging to dry. I don't know if it worked.
If it doesn't work, this t-shirt is toyt - dead. I can't wear it.
Is it disappointing? A little. I never wore it. I liked it. Got it for a great price. But if I'm not meant to have it, I won't. If I don't need it, I won't have it.
There's no need to self-flagellate - "How did my sunscreen do that??" "This NEVER happened before."
It was meant to be, one way or another.
I should go check on it.
